2. Order Cancellation Policy
A. Cancelling a One-Time Purchase
- Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
- Orders that have not been processed (i.e., a packing slip has not been created) can be modified or canceled.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but customers can return the product in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

B. Returns and Refunds
