Autumn Pumpkin Spice Latte

It's the season of your favorite Pumpkin spice latte, try this healthier version! 

Autumn Spice Latte

Ingredients

1 cup milk, heated on stove or in microwave

1 scoop Brain Buzz Coffee

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (see below)

1-2 teaspoons maple syrup

Directions

  • Combine hot milk, Brain Buzz Coffee, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup in a mug and mix well with frother.

Pumpkin Pie Spice

If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice on hand, you can make your own.

 

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

½  teaspoon ground allspice

½  teaspoon ground cloves

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

 

Directions

Combine all spices in a small jar with a lid and mix thoroughly.
