Order Modifications & Cancellations

- Orders can only be modified or canceled if the packing slip has not yet been created.
- If the order is already being processed or shipped, modifications and cancellations will not be possible.

Refund Process

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange:

Lost or Stolen Packages

- If a package is missing, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost packages.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the return value.
- A gift certificate will be emailed to you after the return is processed.
