Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@fuelnu.com.
  • Orders can only be modified or canceled if the packing slip has not yet been created.
  • If the order is already being processed or shipped, modifications and cancellations will not be possible.

Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received the item, without providing a reason.

Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item was purchased within 14 days.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not excluded from our non-returnable products list.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods or items with expired dates.
  • Opened or used products that may pose health or hygiene risks.
  • Items mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated.

Fuel Nutrition LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return an Item

Important Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange:

  2. Once we confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Fuel Nutrition LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier.
  • If a package is missing, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost packages.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • A gift certificate will be emailed to you after the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
